The Wilsterman Lab at Colorado State University is currently recruiting
a summer REU position (research experience for undergraduates).

 independent, motivated post-doc, especially with bioinformatics experience.

Anyone interested in potential graduate student positions with a focus on
evolution and physiology of reproductive diversity within mammals
is encouraged to reach out.

Current work in the lab focuses on reproductive adaptations (including the placenta) in deer mice (Peromyscus) and reproductive diversity among Peromyscus species.

Ample sequence data and tissues in hand to get trainees started on closely-related projects with substantial opportunities for developing new ideas.
Bioinformatics (especially methylation sequence data processing and analysis) and/or in vitro skillsets desired but not required.
